✅ To do
Fund each teacher's wallet by hand — decide by their student count. + gives coins, − takes them back. Teachers pass coins to students; students spend them in the market. Coins are not money: they cannot be bought, transferred or cashed, and each award expires 4 months after it is earned.
The server awards these by itself, exactly once each: an attendance streak (N lessons with no absence), paying a month before it starts, and paying by the Nth of the month. While a payment bonus is on, the student portal shows a full-screen offer on the payments tab. Wording is edited in the ✉️ Messages tab (section “Bonus”).
For spontaneous decisions — a reward or a punishment on the spot. + gives, − removes, and the balance can go below zero (a negative balance is a salary deduction, settled by you). The person gets an in-app notification with your note. 📜 opens their full history.
Books borrowed before the move are returned in the old system. Open its admin here — no email, no password; the link works once for 10 minutes.
Every student's starting level came from their group. Teachers confirm their own; anyone still here (e.g. a teacher who left) can be confirmed by you.
Books past the return threshold, straight from the library system's daily sync. The teachers chase them with the 📚 card — monitoring only.
Who installed the cabinet and turned notifications on. Teachers set it up from their Home card.
These messages send themselves — edit the wording here, no code needed. Emojis 😊 work everywhere, and a link like https://… becomes tappable in the student portal. Words in {curly} are filled in automatically per student — tap a chip to insert one. The preview below each text shows exactly what the student will see.
Front-desk accounts for the quick page. Each receptionist signs in with their own username + PIN, and their name + emoji is stamped on every payment and registration (including the Telegram message).
The printing boy uses this to open print.html. Set it here first, then share it. They can change it themselves later.
The address list the reception picks from when registering a new student. Rename fixes typos everywhere in the form; hiding keeps old students' data untouched.
Teacher check-in zones. Edit the coordinates or radius (metres) and save each branch.
